You know a miss she design when you see one. The South Korean Born designers designs are so signature and distinct, it would be pretty much impossible for anyone attempting to make dupes of her designs to to lie about it. The sillouettes are dramatic in the best way- big billowy Sleeves fit for a [Disney] Princess, fabulous fitted bodices celebrating the feminine shape, and Heavenly long hemlines suitable for a ball.
Even though Miss Sohee made her debut Paris couture week, she originally set the fashion world on fire with her debut collection back in 2020 titled “The girl in full bloom” which she had to show on Instagram live due to pandemic restrictions. None-the-less she captured the hearts and attention of the fashion community and celebs like Miley Cyrus and Zendaya

Miss Sohee’s Spring Summer 2024 collection was “softer” in color palette, vibe and materials. This most recent spring summer 2025 collection had an obvious visual contrast in comparison in that in incorporated more intense, dark colors like black, and heavier, more dense materials such a sleek leather. Sohee Park drew on her Korean heritage as her inspiration for this collection stating, “ I envisioned a noblewoman from the Korean Chosun dynasty, transported into the modern world— steeped in dark allure and seduction.” Many of the designs in this collection are reminiscent of sculptures, which designer Park references as inspiration for the collection.

The collection emits an air of mystery and intrigue which is a different, but very pleasant contrast from her previous collections. This collection explores the “balance between modesty and sensuality” and captures the energy of “elegance and intrigue”, which is conveyed with flawless execution.

Coco Rocha opened the show sporting look number one-a leather and romantic lace look. The 25 piece collection (Look 18 being a personal favorite) had a unique element to each piece, while still maintaining a cohesiveness about the collection as a whole.

Miss sohees ability to bring an element of newness to each of her collections, while still maintaining brand integrity is a praise worthy quality in a designer. She’s made her mark on Paris fashion week and it’s only up for her from here.
